چکیده

Fusarium graminearum (teleomorph Gibberella zeae) is an important plant pathogen that causes diseases on roots, stems, fruits, and seeds of diverse families. The fungus obtains nutrients through saprotrophic parasitic relationships. Mycotoxins produced by F. graminearum, which can be found in contaminated grains flours, constitute a threat to human animal health. aim this study was infer biological relationships among isolates obtained from different botanic hosts locations the central region Argentina, assessment biodiversity morphological molecular markers. (local foreign control isolate) established closed (genetic) beyond diversity origin. identity collection validated as -sensu lato- it predominant specific-clade analyzed population. Furthermore, capacity adapt substrates (Fabaceae, Poaceae, Asteraceae Rosaceae families) ecologic environments (between 30 36 south latitude) observed revealed large plasticity Argentina.
